After
joining Prime Financial I identified operational inefficiencies associated with
the company’s existing collections system. Based on past experience, I
proposed the company investigate new technology that would significantly
increase the number of calls processed per collector hour.
I researched, identified and recommended acquisition of a state-of-the-art
collections system and worked with the collections management team to
development complex predictive behavior call queuing algorithms that improved
collector efficiency.
Implementation of the new system resulted in a 300% increase in calls processed
per collection hour and a 45% reduction in delinquency ratio. |
